LUNDERLAND GLUCOSAMINE AND CHONDROITIN POWDER for adult dogs and cats.

Made from 100% pure bovine cartilage.

Bovine cartilage is naturally rich in glycosaminoglycans (especially chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid) and type II collagen (cartilage's own collagen peptides).

Chondroitin sulfate attracts large amounts of water and binds water to form the proteoglycan molecules that make up cartilage. Since the cartilage itself has no direct blood supply, this fluid is needed to nourish and lubricate the joints, ultimately to keep them healthy, as the loss of chondroitin sulfate from cartilage is one of the most common causes of osteoarthritis. Chondroitin cartilage flour is recommended to support the medical treatment of arthrosis, arthritis and dysplasia.

Recommended to be combined with green clam and rosehip powder for effectiveness. It is also recommended in cases of eczema. Cartilage powder is given to support the reduction of inflammation and regeneration of nerve and bone tissue. Not recommended for puppies and growing dogs.

Duration of the preventive course: 6-8 weeks.

DOSAGE:

cats/small dogs: 1/4 tsp., medium/large dogs: 1/2 tsp. per day.
