It contains a lot of zinc, which strengthens the immune system, and is a good source of omega fatty acids that aid heart health, skin, and coat, hips and joints, as well as brain function, and is also a rich source of protein.
Our recommendation: Add 10% heart to 60% of any type of muscle meat to achieve balance. Additionally, add 10% by-products such as liver, kidneys, and lungs, and 10% bones. Benefit: balanced nutrition.
